TV Schematic

I am downloading schematic diagram of mobile , after doing that it opens in chinese language than of drawing.

I am downloading schematic curcuit diagram of mobile phone , but after downloading diagram ,it open in chinese language instead of drawing ,I think there is some problem in setting of computer , please help me .

1. no problem - mobile phones are manufactured in China so schematics in Chinese.
