I need help.i needed a correct schematic diagram of 4-bit presettable counters in our project in logic circuit...please...asap.. thanks...asap please..its so important..please.

1. Up and down counter or latching? Simple 4 bit binary output? What ICs do you have available to use, or do you just have to draw a diagram using SPICE or another simulator? Google for app notes on the 4018 or some flavor of 74193 for a simple example using a single chip. When is this due? Email me.
