Philips model 51pp9303h/17 chassis dptv345 schematic?

Looking for schematic for Philips TV. I have checked the Philips web site and have contacted Philips but they will not sell me the schematic. I have done some searching on the web but so far no luck. Any links or pointer to web page that may sell schematic would be greatly appreciated. No audio and no picture, the switch mode power supply on the deflector board squeaks at a repetive rate. I think it is in a over current mode and turning off and then trying to restart. This SMP is fed by roughly 159Vdc.
