TV repair chap required. Philips TV losing sound randomly?

I have a Philips 32pw6006/05 TV. The picture is always top quality, but sometimes the sound just goes off with no warning. It sometimes comes back after a few minutes and sometimes doesn't...If I change the volume setting, higher or lower the sound comes back almost immediatley. This can happen once a week, or ten times during the same programme. When I'm watching a dvd it never happens. I've had a tv repair man out twice who 'fixed it' however its still happening...! Please help before it drives me crazy!

1. Call Philips company and they can give you a heads up on what to do..If your T.V. is 90 days or less older,you have a recipt and maybe the box you may still be able to exchange it for a different one at the store you bought it from.. Or if it's older they can provide you with an 800# for Philips/Magnovox and you can call for help.
