how dangerous is it really to open the back of the TV to repair it? The F connector where the cable goes, got pushed inside and broke.....the only way to fish it out and replace is opening the back of the TV. I would do it, but i don't wanna get electrocuted. TV repair chap required. Philips TV losing sound randomly? I have a Philips 32pw6006/05 TV. The picture is always top quality, but sometimes the sound just goes off with no warning. It sometimes comes back after a few minutes and sometimes doesn't...If I change the volume setting, higher or lower the sound comes back almost immediatley. This can happen once a week, or ten times during the same programme. When I'm watching a dvd it never happens. I've had a tv repair man out twice who 'fixed it' however its still happening...! Please help before it drives me crazy!
